too much fun.

yesterday we went and played with Tal and the girls in the morning. we hung out in the backyard and had a little picnic which was so much fun. Ryker was sooo tired on the way home that he could hardly keep his eyes open and was literally asleep within seconds when we got home. he had a 4 hour sleep...and of course it was one of those days when you have no idea how long they'll really sleep so you don't take a nap yourself. oh well, i managed to get some stuff done around here.

when he finally woke up we took him in the backyard to play. we have a Diego slip and slide set up that he loves to play on. he has no idea how the thing is really supposed to work, he just likes to play in the water that sprays out of it. so i decided that i needed to show him what it was really all about...umm...not a good idea. i seriously can hardly move today. am i really getting that old that my body just doesn't do that stuff anymore...or am i just out of shape??? it's probably both. haha! the first time i pushed Ryker down the slip and slide he wasn't too sure what to think and totally gave Cody this look like "did you see what she just did to me?" and then once he sat there for a few seconds and realized it was fun he was up and running back to me as quick as he could.
